Mail Processing Costs

Data Processing Fee (for any mailing size)	$175

Wafer Sealing (for newsletters, etc.)	$28 / 1,000 pcs.

Postage Cost

Non-profit Mailing (with your church’s non-profit permit)	15 cents / pc.
Automated Bulk Mailing (with Harvest Media’s bulk permit)	24 cents / pc.

(Above postage rates apply to flat pieces 6″ x 11.5″ or smaller.)

Get the Perfect Mailing List

We can provide you with local or national mailing lists of any quantity and refine your list to target specific carrier routes, zip codes, or distances from your location. We can also refine lists further to target certain demographics.

For example, we can create a list of all the families within 5 miles of your church that have preschool age children, which you could then use for a VBS promotion, Christian School mailing, etc.

How Long Does it Take?

Mail processing & addressing takes approximately three days. Time in the mail stream can be up to one and a half weeks for bulk mailings and two weeks for non-profit mailings.
